A complete ready to rent furnishing package

We understand that organizing the final stages of your new property from another country is not always easy. Rokke is now able to offer some useful additional services.

• Snagging list – For a small fee Rokke will carry out your snagging list for you and within 3 working days will send you a detailed report and photographs of you new apartment before we have fitted your furniture. This will give you the opportunity to review any problems with the finished version of your property. We strongly advice all our clients do this as it allows time for any minor works to be carried out before your furniture and fittings are installed. We will check everything from the door handles to the water pressure to make sure you receive exactly what you paid for.
   
• Home Insurance – Rokke is now able to offer home and content insurance through a selection of different companies. Rokke is not tied to any one provider but will be happy to refer you to several companies for you to make your own mind up. Please call us for more information.
   
• Internet Connection – Rokke understands the importance of communication, that’s why we are now able to offer internet connections for your rental investment or home away from home.
